To obtain the Master Builder certification, a builder must be nominated by their peers and must satisfy stringent review criteria in areas such as…time in the industry, consumer satisfaction, financial performance, adherence to accepted building technology standards, customer service and governmental compliance.

The standards for acceptance are rigorous, as are the guidelines that must be followed even after acceptance as a Certified Master Builder.
